Aim To Be The King!

 

One of the fastest ways to know that you're progressing is through changes in your thought patterns. You begin to question things you've once accepted.

 

My purpose-driven scripture has always been Prov. 22:29, "seeth though a man diligent in his business, he shall stand before kings and not common men."

 

This scripture has always made me know that irrespective of your religion, the principle is the same. The cap goes where it fits- he who puts in the work.

 

Hence, the need to persist rightly!

 

There came a time when that wasn't my driving force anymore. While going through that scripture, I paused to ask myself, "who are the kings? How many heads do they have? Why do I need to stand before them? Why not, I become the king?"

 

At first, it was a puzzle but now a great deal. A deal that guides my planning and execution (ing) for/in 2022. Such a great year it "was!"

….

My point?

 

While the journey begins with you standing before mere men, to standing before kings, it has to grow to YOU, becoming the king. More like starting locally, going global, and then becoming the KING!

 

This doesn't happen overnight.

 

Structures must be laid.

Systems must be well-mapped.

Strategies must be clear.

 

And you must be ready to beat yourself to a feat that seems far-fetched.

 

Don't get carried away by the festivities.

Plan your year before the year begins.

Learn what you can and unlearn what you should.

 

You should have discovered yourself and what to do with your life this year. 

Spend time maximizing the days left!

 

You can become the king others would stand before.
