I came across a statement in one of Headstart's article.


"This is the youngest you will ever be"


Pause for a second and meditate on that statement. Did you get it? Okay! Follow me😁


Research has shown that your body replaces 330 billion cells everyday. This means that your body is making over 3.8 million cells every second! Do you know how many cells die per second? 2.5 million! 

What does this tell you? 

That your clock is ticking!


You're not as young as you were 5 seconds ago even though you're not feeling any different.


This blog, DEAR YOUNG ADULT, brings your attention to the fact that you're not as young as you were 5 seconds ago, even though you don't feel any different.

You're not getting any younger, even if you're 19, 25 or 37.


You will not be this young ever again, so what are you doing with your youthful age?


Your youthful days are your days of strength so maximize it.

Your youthful days are your days of sowing.


Utilize this strength, vigor, freedom and creativity of your youth to the fullest now that you still can.

Because, THIS IS THE YOUNGEST YOU WILL EVER BE!

Because, YOUTH IS VAPOUR!

Dear Young Adult, there is something that I really need you to know. I wish I could open up your head and engrave what I am about to say in your brain.
