You Don't Need This Slavery To Succeed!
There is something I observed which I'll be addressing today.
Let's change the narrative of tagging GLORIFIED SLAVERY as the best path to success.
The world is changing. The competition about who is suffering more should not be your standard for measuring success except you like the idea of suffering.
I admit that success doesn't come easily but if there's anything you can do to make life easier for yourself, do it AS LONG AS IT'S NOT ILLEGAL.
The other day, I was in a casual conversation with a friend and we got talking about hard work and smart work.
For instance, if you have such a busy weekend and you cannot do your laundry with your hands, using a washing machine shouldn't be seen as luxury but a necessity.
Nobody wins a medal for being the one who has suffered the most. Poverty is a mentality. Poverty mentality often makes people think that they have to suffer first before they get things done.
Let's normalise ease.
You must not suffer to get things done.
● You must not make countless terrible mistakes in your business or career first before getting it right.
Why not choose smart work by learning from an expert in that field in order to reduce mistakes to a bare minimum?
You might spend money and resources doing that, but you've just saved time.
It's a waste of mistake to make a mistake that could have been avoided in the first place (especially a mistake that someone else has made).
Or do you prefer to suffer the exact things that other people have suffered when the power to change your own story is right there, in your hands?
#SmartWork
● You must not work for over 140 hours every month to earn ¢1000
Why not choose smart work by mastering how to earn more in lesser time?
Why don't you embrace growth mindset and allow your mind to be expanded beyond your current capacity? Stretch!
#SmartWork
● You must not stay up every night (depriving yourself of quality sleep which actually boosts your state of health) just because you want to be described as hardworking. Then, you break down completely and suffer mentally.
Why not rest when you should and manage your time appropriately in order to ascertain your most productive hours and identify how you can balance work and your personal life and still have a great life?

Do you know that ACTIVITY is different from EXPONENTIAL PROGRESS?
Some people are busy working round the clock and making little or no progress just because society has made them think that GLORIFIED SLAVERY is the key to success.
A time came in my life that I had to clearly analyse my activities against my progress. That helped me know exactly when to engage and when not to engage.
The list goes on.
My point exactly?
Let's normalise enjoying the good things of life. You must not suffer first before you succeed.
This doesn't mean that you shouldn't be hardworking. If there is anything I dislike, it's laziness because I am not lazy. I dislike laziness 100% but I love smart work and innovative thinking.
What is smart work?
Smart work is defining exactly what you want to achieve, studying the possible activities that can help you achieve those things and choosing the ones that help you achieve more with less.
Normalise living a good life.
Normalise smart work.
I hope today's blog post challenges you to review your lifestyle and activities for good.
