A Glimpse Of Her! (A sneak peak)

 

Hi,

I go by the name Mary and I am so much elated today. Yes. Because finally, I get to give you a birds eye view of the much anticipated masterpiece which couldn’t have gotten a better title, A Glimpse of Her.

I am sure a lot of thoughts will be running through your mind trying to guess what this whole a glimpse of her is about. Who are we going to take a glimpse of? Some of you will ask. So chill, cos I gat you.

A glimpse of her is a work of fiction inspired by the Living Word of God. The interesting part of this story is that it strikes a chord with most Christians. It is a story of you. It is a story of a friend. It is a story of your next door neighbor.

So without wasting much time, I would give you a sneak peek into this story...

A glimpse of her revolves around a beautiful and a bright lady called Casey. At some point she was known as the battered lady and we see her navigating the ebbs and flows of life.

This lady Casey had been given so much prophecies in life. Prophets told her she’s going to be great. They told her, she had a bright future. This is a good feeling.

Some of us feel good anytime we receive such prophecies. Some of us even brag about it. We become confident of the future and we expect a glorious one

Casey also felt same but few years down the lane, the happenings in her life was opposite to the prophecies she received. She was grappling with difficulties one after the other. Unexpected circumstances found their way in her life.

She became soaked by the storm that she couldn’t help but hurl questions at God. Father, you promised me this but what is happening to me. Most of us do this. When things are not going as planned, we begin to hurl questions at God. Father Father, why have you forsaken me? What is happening to me?

 

I am sure Casey was thinking she’s going to get to the Promised Land unscathed. She thought she’s going to get to the heights the Lord has promised her unscathed. She got it all wrong

 

Because the Lord never promised there won’t be trials on our way to the promise land. He never promised we wouldn’t have to wipe away some tears along the way. What he has promised us is that we are not tested with any obstacle we can’t overcome. And we'd never have to face the harsh winds of life alone.

But unfortunately our dear Casey didn’t know this just like how some of us don’t know. What happens next? You will find out in the read.

Another thing I will talk about is her association. Casey was able to put her life together but her association led her to her downfall. Her association made her become a sex addict. Her association made her took wrong decisions in life. Her association made her cultivate ludicrous habits.

 

Guys, your association will make or mar you. This is non-negotiable.

Ingredients and condiments spice up food. One of the greatest ingredient that ought to be consciously added with care into our lives is the right assoc. This is one of the major determinants of the taste of the end result of our journey in life.

I’m sure she went out for this particular person because of some proclivities for something about him or her disregarding other necessary factors to be considered in choosing whom to associate with.

 

Disregarding these factors cost her a great big deal.

 

She got to an age where most ladies look forward to being hooked up. She noticed no guy was coming around. All her friends were pairing up. Thoughts about this barraged her mind. She felt incomplete and lonely as a single lady.

 

Fast forward to few months, a guy showed up from nowhere and expressed interest in Casey. Because our dear Casey was also desperate to get hooked, she ignored the red flags and acquiesced the gentleman.

 

And you know what happens when one ignore red flags… you should not miss this series for anything in the world.

A glimpse of this lady, you learn the promises of God, although it may linger but it will surely come to pass.

This is an interesting story. It promises to leave your eye brown arched in surprise. Every episode will leave you for wanting for me.
